I am a freelance artist based in Orlando, FL, USA.
My work explores the relationship of nature versus synthetic using a mixture of traditional media techniques and computerized fabrication technologies. I am particularly interested in dissecting and reconstruct forms in volumetric layers. The resulting interaction between organic substance and manufactured material is a means for my expression.

Experience
2021 - PRESENT
Freelance Artist. I sculpt, paint, sew, and fabricate to my heart's delight.
2020-2021
An intimate-sized Architecture firm. Principals worked alongside junior employees and trusted the competency of their hired staff.
2020 - 2015
A large-scale Architecture & Engineering firm. My first job in my field after college where I realized I didn't know everything.
2014-2015
A set design company. Corporate show sets, TV news room furniture, Entertainment Set Production, cruise ship scenic elements.
2008 - 2009
A server job where I encountered many hung-over people, senior citizens, and all kinds of wild characters in a small suburb. Still my favorite job.
2007-2008
A retail cashier at a Halloween-themed store that decided it wanted to be open the rest of the year; lots of very angry soccer-moms and surprisingly no bridezillas.
